Exterior waterproofing is the most comprehensive solution — stopping water before it ever reaches your foundation wall. Our team excavates to the footing, applies a full waterproofing system, and restores the grade for optimal drainage.

  • Rubberized Waterproof Membrane – Applied directly to the foundation for complete moisture barrier.
  • Dimpled Drainage Board – Protects the membrane and channels water down to the weeping tile.
  • New Exterior Weeping Tile – Perforated pipe installed at the footing with clean stone surround.

Weeping Tile Systems

Weeping tiles (perforated drainage pipes) collect groundwater around your foundation and redirect it safely away. Over time, Ontario's clay-heavy soil clogs these pipes — causing them to fail. DryCore replaces both interior and exterior weeping tile systems with modern, long-lasting solutions.
